1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across major cities in the United Arab Emirates. Some remote areas may have limited service.

2. Delivery Time

– Standard delivery: 1–3 working days within UAE.

– Same-day/next-day delivery may be available in select areas.

– Deliveries are not made on UAE public holidays.

3. Delivery Charges

– Charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order value.

– Free delivery may apply on orders above a specified amount (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

Customers will receive SMS/email updates with tracking details once the order is dispatched.

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:

– The courier may reattempt delivery.

– Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

6. Receiving Orders

Customers are required to check the items upon delivery.

– If any product is damaged, missing, or expired, it must be reported immediately to support@desimartuae.com with proof (photo/video).
