By using Desi Mart UAE, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Website

– You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

– All information provided must be accurate and up to date.

2. Products

– We sell ready-to-cook and eat food items.

– Product descriptions and images are for reference; actual packaging may vary.

– All items are subject to availability.

3. Orders & Payment

– Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

– We accept card payments, cash on delivery, and other methods listed at checkout.

– Prices are in AED and additional UAE VAT (5%) will be applicable on the total at ONE time delivery.

4. Delivery

– Orders are delivered across UAE to the addresses provided by customers.

– Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

– Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

5. Returns & Refunds

– Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are accepted only for:

– Wrong item delivered

– Damaged/expired product at the time of delivery

– Refunds/credits are issued after verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

– Desi Mart UAE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.

– Consumption of food products is at the customer’s discretion; we recommend checking ingredients for allergies.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
